FINANCIAL AID

Claremont Children's School has a growing scholarship fund.  Typically scholarships range from a quarter to half of the tuition.  Parents interested in applying for financial aid may indicate their intention on the application.

THE LOUISE GATES SCHOLARSHIP FOR THE ARTS

The Louise Gates Scholarship was created to assist parents involved in the arts to be able to provide an excellent preschool experience for their child.  Eligible children must be at least two years of age as of September 1, 2008.  The scholarship will cover all of the child’s school tuition for the three years he/she will be at Claremont Children’s School.  The parent(s) of the child who receives this scholarship will be expected to share and contribute their talents with the School, by way of performances, recitals, demonstrations or other methods or representations of their art.

The Louise Gates Scholarship is available to any family living and/or working on the West Side of Manhattan above 59th Street, regardless of sex, age, race, color, ethnicity, nationality or religious background. In order to qualify for the scholarship at least one of the child’s parents must be involved in the arts.

In order to apply for the Louise Gates Scholarship,  please call our Admissions Director, Candida Gray, by October 5, 2007 and request that an application package for the Louise Gates Scholarship be mailed to you.  Applications for this scholarship are limited.
